My Inspire 3 has logged back into my old Fitbit from when that died and I can't reset the date and time. So I can't track any data properly. Effectively almost £100 down the drain. Can anyone help? thanks

Hi, @Emma691! I'm not totally clear from your description what's happening, but the tracker gets its time and date from your phone when it syncs, so if it's not syncing it won't have the correct time.

A warm welcome to the forums @Emma691
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this difficulty with Inspire 3.
As mentioned by @MakMak, the time and date in your tracker are updated at the moment you sync whit the Fitbit app.
If you have some difficult to sync, please see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
On the other hand, keep in mind that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. Please see: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Thanks for helping @MakMak.
