My Inspire 3 had the wrong date and time and would not pair with my phone or ipad. It was working fine but due to the time being wrong, tracking my steps was challenging.
I spent hours researching how to fix it. I tried suggestions of restarting the device, making sure I was only connecting with one device, double checking bluetooth connections, switching on and off devices. Aboslutely everything.
What finally worked was going to the settings on my Inspire 3, selecting device information, and selecting clear user data. After i did this, I was able to pair it and the date and time reset. It stinks to lose the data, but was worth it.
Sharing this information to save people from the hours of researching how to fix it.
