I can't open settings, and many other applications on my inspire 3

I've had my watch for about a month now and it's been working great until recently. I can't access any of the alarms, timers, or notifications features on the sides, it just stays in the watch face. I can see my steps and other stats when I swipe down and I can swipe up, but that's about it and I don't know why.

I thought about just resetting it or something but u can't do that either cause the settings won't open. Any tips?

@autumnal_ have you tried restarting it with the buttons? To do that, you press and hold both side buttons for about 10 seconds. The Inspire 3 will vibrate and then show the Fitbit logo when it has restarted.
