What happened to receiving Fitbit app notifications on Fitbit devices? Every time I try it dose not work. They go onto the Lock Screen, but don’t show up on my Fitbit. Even the bedtime reminder doesn’t work. Other apps like weather for instance comes onto the Lock Screen of the phone and comes onto my inspire three. The share system notifications is on and Fitbit app notifications on and DND is off on my watch. Is this just happening to me?
Hi 👋, I always kept my phone on silent with the inspire 2, and I still got notifications. So when I got the ‘’3, I left it on silent.🫤🤦🏼:female_sign:that is what worked for me. I tried everything else
Yes. I contacted them and I am in an email conversation now. This is the seventh email conversation about the same topic I've had with Fitbit over the course of a year. I hope they can figure this out. They emailed me back and told me that the always on display was on. It wasn't. I have a feeling I am going to have to go another year trying to figure this out.
