What happened to receiving Fitbit app notifications on Fitbit devices? Every time I try it dose not work. They go onto the Lock Screen, but don’t show up on my Fitbit. Even the bedtime reminder doesn’t work. Other apps like weather for instance comes onto the Lock Screen of the phone and comes onto my inspire three. The share system notifications is on and Fitbit app notifications on and DND is off on my watch. Is this just happening to me?

Hello there @Xavambr, nice to see new faces around the community!
Thanks a lot for sharing all the steps you have already done with us. Let's work together until we get this resolved!
The first thing I'd like to say is that this could happen for several reasons. Let's start by checking if your device is all set as mentioned in this article. Sometimes, it's as simple as the device configurations.

Yes. I have set up everything in this article. All other app notifications are coming through but not the Fitbit app

Hey there @Xavambr, thanks for getting back, let's keep working!
I think I get what you are talking about. There are two types of notifications that can be prompted on your watch: the ones that come from other apps like Messenger or Instagram, and the Alerts that your app sends to notify you of the battery status or your watch.
If the app notifications are coming through without a problem, maybe the Alerts are not properly set up. Please check out this article and follow the steps described!

Sorry for the confusion, I meant that I already had it set up before you sent the article. Could this be happening because I am using an iPhone? But then again there is an option to turn on Fitbit app notifications and quick replies for messages sent through the Fitbit app. Do you have any other ideas to make this work?
-----
So I’ve been in contact with support for a few months and they finally said they would replace the device. They replaced it but this new one still does not work with Fitbit app notifications. I got my first one no more than 11 months ago. Could this have happened because of one of the recent updates? Could anyone send a picture to show what it’s supposed to look like?
-----
I have not gotten a response in a long while. I realized that I am getting low battery notifications but no messages, cheers, or taunts from the Fitbit app. Can anyone help me with this? Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

I'm not very happy with the response time on this. It's been 10 days since I've heard anything. Would you please help me to fix this? I realized that I am getting low battery notifications but no messages, cheers, or taunts from the Fitbit app.

Hello @Xavambr. I'm truly sorry for the delay in getting a reply; please let me keep assisting you!
Based on what you've said, you've gone through most of the troubleshooting steps we have for your Inspire 3. Is there a chance this is an issue with your phone instead of the Inspire 3?
Please check your device's OS and make sure there aren't any pending updates. In any case, I think it's time to move on to the next step and create a new case for you with our specialist team. Please fill out this form with all the requested information, and one of my coworkers will contact you as soon as possible.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for getting back. I guess it could be a problem with the phone, though all other notifications are working. I have contacted support many times, and they could not figure it out so they decided to replace it for me, which did not help.

I’m getting so frustrated, I even took it completely off , added my inspire 2 back on , same thing! The main reason for receiving mess to my watch is because i keep my phone on silent due to my job. This way i don’t miss important messages. PLEASE HELP.

Hello @Karma1974 @Xavambr, It is nice to see you guys around!
There's a chance this could be a compatibility issue between your phone and the Fitbit app. Let's make sure both the app and your phone's iOS or Android system are completely updated.
@Karma1974 I understand where you're coming from, and I know this might be frustrating. Please keep in mind that once you set your phone in DND (Do Not Disturb) or silent mode, the watch will no longer be able to show you notifications. Try keeping it not in silent mode, but at a really low volume level. Can you confirm you have tried the steps suggested here?

I am in contact with support again, but all they're having me do is the same steps over and over. They want to escalate it, which they have done countless times before.
