I spire 3 and connection to calorie app

I have paired my Inspire 3 to my calorie app but the steps I do will not update to there. I have to add them manually which defeats the object a little. And the nutricheck app I use is also not showing as a connected app in my Fitbit account under ‘manage connected apps’
