I've tried everything I've read online to turn off Active Zone Minute alerts on the Inspire 3.

I've had an Inspire 3 for a couple of days and so far I really like it. However the biggest issue is I can't seem to stop Active Zone Minute alerts completely. I've tried seemingly everything I've found online and I still seem to get them when I don't want them period. The following are my settings please tell me what I need to do to actually be able to turn off Active Zone Minute alerts on my Inspire 3 so I can keep it and enjoy it.

On the Inspire 3 I have "AZM Notifications" turned off.

On the Inspire 3 when I actually do a workout and start it manually I turn off "Heart Zone Notifications".

On the phone under devices > Inspire 3 > notifications the only ones turned on are for calls and text messages.

On the phone under settings > Inspire 3 reminders to move is off.

On the phone under settings > Inspire 3 main goal is steps.

On the phone I have the four focus' set to steps, distance, heart, sleep. I have hidden the following exercise days, active zone minutes, hourly activity, energy burned, menstrual health, weight, glucose, body temperature, mindfulness, food, water.

On the phone under settings > activity & wellness daily activity is set to steps 8000, distance 3 miles, calories 1919, active zone minutes 5 (you cannot set it to 0), hourly activity goal is the 5 hour minimum allowed, weekly activity is set to Active Zone Minutes 1 (you cannot set it to 0).

On the phone under settings > exercise weekly exercise goals is set to 4 days.

On the phone under settings > high & low heart rate settings are turned on.

On the phone under settings > irregular rhythm notifications is turned on.

On the phone under settings > heart rate zone is set to default and hasn't been changed or set to custom.

On the phone under settings > notifications the only notification turned on is push notification for low battery.

Hi, @Codi2024 , turning off AZM notifications on your Inspire 3 should do the job.  I would try going back to that setting and turning AZM notifications to ON, then sync your Inspire 3 with the app.  Once it has synced, go back to the setting on your Inspire 3 and turn it OFF and sync your Inspire 3 again and see if that helps.

Also in the app, generally speaking in order to suppress a notification that you have achieved a goal you want to set the goal as high as possible rather than as low as possible.  So for your AZM daily and weekly goal I would put in the highest number it will accept - if you don’t achieve your goal you won’t get congratulated on it.
