I want to stop the Fitbit from vibrating during relaxation session

I dont like this feature it is distracting, I have turned DnD mode off and sleep mode off, and on and neither make a difference, does anybody know how to make my fitbit inspire 3 stop vibrating during relaxation?

Hi @SerRantsAlot -- I don't think it can be turned off because the vibrations are integral to the way the app works. They signal when you should be inhaling and exhaling. You can follow the circle on the screen as well, of course, but it can be more relaxing to just sit back, close your eyes, and align your breathing to the prompts.
