Hi, @LindaInspire2 , this is something you should check in your Fitbit app.  From the opening screen of the app, click on the small gear icon top right to take you to your account settings.  On the account setting page find “email notifications” and scroll down to “Weekly summary, your progress and activity for the week”.  Make sure that is toggled to “on”.

On your account settings page you can also make sure that your email address is correct.

Thank you, Julia.
There was a little bit of mixup, because it wouldn't take  my password then I reset my password, then it wanted me to sign in with Google and created a PIN code. That helped. Then, soon after, my phone was locked and wanted a pin code, so I put the same PIN in the boxes and there I saw my homescreen. Then I went to settings on my phone and saw "locked" settings. and I tapped on NONE, so now it's back to normal. Whew!  But now, I can see my steps match my Inspire 2 device. I did remember to check the box for weeky notifications for progress reports.
Thanks! 😄
