I keep getting a low readiness score of like 1 or 2. This obviously can’t be right. The app indicates you have to wear your fitbit for 14 days which I haven’t recently. Will my readiness score be more accurate after 14 days?

@HuntingtonIrish Yes, it should be more accurate. One thing that might help is deleting the readiness score tile and then adding it back. You can do this by selecting Edit in the upper right hand corner of your Fitbit app. Then tap the X next to the Readiness score tile. Then tap Done. Then Edit again and scroll all the way down to the bottom and you should see the readiness score tile in the Additional Stats section and you can add it back. This should reset the readiness score tile. You may still need to wait the 14 days for an accurate reading, but I've found this to be helpful when the score seems to get "stuck".
