Inaccurate swim laps recorded

Hi!

I've recently started using the Inspore 3, and really like it, however, when I swim, it's MASSIVELY inaccurate with the laps its recording. The pool I swim in is 25m, and this is correct on my settings.

Last week, I did 35 lengths of 25m, and it recorded 87!! Today, I did 24 lengths, and it recorded 36! 

When I try to change it in the app, and amend it to how many metres I've swam, it just changes it back to 777m, regardless of whether I edit it to read 650, 800, 950, what ever I put, it flicks back to 777m. 

It's really frustrating as I want an accurate lap count, rather than having to remember it myself, and use a different app to record my swim

Hi, @DanniC1988 welcome to the community, you should not be having this experience while swimming with your Inspire 3. You may find the advice in this article of interest How do I track swims with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center 

My experience with a number of devices from Fitbit (& elsewhere) is that an error of one or two lengths might occur if you have to give way to other swimmers from time to time.

Editing the data in your Fitbit app is not in good order and the issue has been escalated, We have not yet had any feedback.
