Hello. I just bought an Inspire 3 and it is very inconsistent when tracking heart rate and sleep and I still can’t get it to track O2 or temperature. I’ve restarted it several times and called customer service, but I’m still having issues. Should I just go ahead and exchange it and try another one? Or are these known issues with this product? I used to have an Alta HR and it was way better until it quit working. TIA

I don't track sleep or O2 but I do see heart rate inconsistencies sometimes. Today I went for a 2.2 mile walk at a steady, fast pace (a little over 13 min/mile). My heart rate climbed to 143bpm in the first 90 seconds and was pretty steady for the first 18 minutes in the mid-140s. Then over the next minute it fell into the 95 to 105bpm range and stayed there for the remaining 10 minutes of my walk. My pace did not change but I was going very slightly downhill, though not enough, in my opinion, to result in that big a drop. I did not have my phone with me so I couldn't see exactly where in the route it dropped. This doesn't happen every time so I attribute it to the tracker moving around on my wrist.
