this morning my Fitbit tells me that my readiness is low, based on my hrv being 39% lower than average. It also tells me that my hrv is 31 ms, compared to my average of 26 ms. This doesn’t make any sense to me. Am I misunderstanding something?

Hi, @RZJ , your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is only one factor taken into account to create your readiness score. Other factors include your recent sleep scores and your resting heart rate.

I understand this. What I don’t understand is why the app tells me this value is lower, and then shows me a graph, and number, that is higher than yesterday.
