Worst watch I have ever used , will never buy or recommend this to anyone.
Inaccurate pace , logged so many calls and no one is helping, I've emailed proof countless times , but the agents seems to have no clue what I'm taking about . it keeps on calculating my pace wrong. What a useless watch, I regret everyday buying this brand.

This is happening to me as well. I sent screenshot and they just say to restart the device. Treadmill Pace just started tracking way incorrectly suddenly and has not gone back to normal. I’ve contacted CS several time. They don’t seem to care.
