Inspire 3/ActiveFit

Got a new Inspire 3; had to move account to Google. I receive incentives through Active Fit app. It says it is li ked to Fitbit, but Fitbit is not linked to Active Fit. Help! My Fitbit app shows steps, but even after syncing, ActiveFit says zero.

Hi, thank you. I tried deleting it. Still no good. I think it has something
to do with Google. My fitbit and Active Fit both have my regular email
address, and of course Google has my gmail, which I never use. Tried
changing all to gmail, but didn't work.

I, too noticed I'm not getting any numbers in on steps with my ActiveFit.  I did see an alert on the ActiveFit app that says they were aware that syncing stopped for users of FitBit on 8/30/2024, but nothing since then.  I have a Versa 3 that's been connected for almost a full year.  No problems until now.
