Hi @Tok68. The connection between Fitbit and Slimming World is created and managed on the Slimming World side. A common first step in troubleshooting is to disconnect, then reconnect the two apps. You do this from the Slimming World app. I don't use this app, but you might need to search for a Slimming World FAQ page for help.
