Inspire 3 - App freezing

So when I try to view the Exercise days tab under Activity, the app just freezes? Why is this happening?

Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this issue with us. The screenshot is really appreciated!

Based on the behavior you have mentioned in your post, this seems to be some sort of bug or glitch with the app, possibly due to the app version. Please make sure the app is up to date with the latest software version available.

The app is up to date and my iOS is on the latest version as well.

Update: I checked just in case to see if there were any iOS updates, and there was one. I'll let you know if it solves the issue on the Fitbit app.

Update: I updated my iOS to the latest version, and reinstalled the Fitbit app, still have the same problem.

Hi - same problem has started for me today. App, iPhone, and tracker are all up to date but the App freezes when you press “Exercise Days”

Is it an iPhone 16?  There's a thread on this problem in the iOS section.  My 15 works fine.
