Inspire 3 Autostart/ Autodetect Activities

How can i disable notifications when my Inspire 3 detects exercise? It’s very irritating to have my Fitbit vibrate every time I start walking or moving. I know I am moving, I don’t need it to tell me! It also prevents me from seeing the time and instead asks me if I want to pause my workout. Super annoying.

@YukonJulie , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message .

After the last firmware update Charge 6, Inspire 3, Sense 2, and Versa 4 can automatically detect certain workouts and open the Exercise app after a few minutes. This new feature is called autostart . To enable/disable this please do as follows.

  1. On the Inspire 3 itself, swipe the display and open the Exercise app.
  2. Tap the Bike, Elliptical, Rowing, Run, Spinning, or Walk option (individually) .
  3. Swipe up. Auto Start is turned on by default, but if you turned it off, tap on it to change the settings. The next time your device detects this workout type, the Exercise app won't automatically opens.
