My inspired screen still black after doing restart, software update and try changing clock face. When I do a sync its still recording the numbers of steps even though its black screen. Can help to advice how to fix it? Thanks

Hi, @Snop11 welcome to the community, allowing you have restarted your device & changed the clock face I think your best next step is to talk to "Customer Support". Use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, it would be a good move to make a note of the steps you have taken & the results so you can brief the agent accurately.
You do not mention how long you've had your Inspire 3 or your location, both have an impact on Fitbit's warranty make a note of when you got it..
