Hi, my Inspire 3 worked just fine this afternoon. However, overnight the screen went blank and it stopped responding entirely. I have tried to reboot it using methods mentioned online, but it isn't turning on. Are there any tricks I can try? Thanks.

Hi, @SKC13, welcome to the community, I think your first step is to determine if your device is charged. To start with open the Fitbit app on your phone and sync it by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen and releasing it. You should see a green progress bar and a banner "Syncing your Inspire 3", note the value next to the battery icon in the right corner after the sync is completed. If the value is very low and you have been charging your device you need to look into why it's not charging, Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? explains what to look for. If you need to charge it give it at least 60 minutes to resuscitate a fully discharged battery.
If your device is showing a satisfactory charge but is still inert you may find this video offers a way forward.
If you are not able to make progress I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before you start it's a good idea to make a note of the steps you have taken and the results so the advisor can offer accurate advice.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
