I bought an Inspire 3 and trying to setup recieving Whatsapp notifications in the App Notifications. I receve the call and text notifications. Whatsapp notification is enable on the iphone as well. But when I receive a Whatsapp msg after Inspire 3 is paired, I dont see Whatapp showing up in App Notifications. It still shows me "Apps will only appear in this list....". The firmware is also updated, and I have reset the Fitibit..

Hi @SKS2016!  Welcome to our community forums!

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not receiving WhatsApp notifications. I appreciate all the steps you have tried before contacting us. 

To set the WhatsApp notifications please follow the steps below: 

  • In your mobile settings, look for "Bluetooth"
  • Tap where it says Inspire 3 (in the blue i on the right side)
  • Where it says "Share system notifications" please deactivate it for 10 seconds and then activate it again.
  • Go back to your phone's settings and look for "Notifications" and confirm that the preview is selected to "Always" or "While locked"
  • Go to "WhatsApp" and confirm that the preview is selected to "Always" or "While locked"
  • Do the same procedure for each application that you want to receive notifications like calls, calendar, Facebook, etc.
