Cardio Load does not work correctly on my Inspire 3. It does not count my intense workouts at all, just gives me 100% General Activity. It’s very frustrating and I’m ready to delete it. Does anyone else have this issue?

Cardio load since the newest update just SUCKS big time. do you get the pop-ups to tell you you’re working too hard and slow down?

Hi, @Ban123 & @WPrice , you may find this thread helpful I got the cardio load pop up messages to go away - Fitbit Community .

On the app, tap your profile picture in top right corner. Go to Fitbit settings, scroll down to the section - Your data in Fitbit and select Manage data and privacy, then select Manage your data and all your activity options are there. Scroll down to Cardio load and tap once, select Delete all cardio load data and confirm and delete. this process is what fixed mine permanently.
