Inspire 3 Charged but Won’t Wake Up

All of a sudden I can’t wake my Fitbit. It was at about 95% battery life when it stopped working. 
The logical answer is to plug it in to the charger and see if that helps, but I’m traveling without the charger.

Any suggestions?

Hi, @JustAly , I expect that this issue could be quickly resolved if you were able to give your Fitbit a restart.  The instructions are here .  Unfortunately you will see that your charger is required for a restart if the screen is blank.  But hopefully when you get home you can resolve the issue by giving it a couple of hours charge and then following the restart procedure. Sometimes you need to try this a couple of times.

If your Fitbit is charged, but unresponsive and the screen is blank, you may find that it is nevertheless still counting steps and broadcasting info.  You can check this by having a look at your app.
