Inspire 3 Does not vibrate when phone rings

My inspire3 does not vibrate when I get a call on my mobile even though the right setting is on. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

Hi, @Ziney welcome to the community. It might be possible you are not feeling the vibration from your alarm, on your Inspire 3, from the clock screen >swipe down to and touch settings>swipe up to vibrations and set to strong>swipe down to quiet more and ensure you do not have DND, sleep schedule or exercise focus engaged.

I have the same problem.  My relatively new Fitbit Inspire 3 has stopped vibrating when I get a phone call. Nor does it vibrate ten minutes before the hour when I have not completed 250 steps.  Where can I find the settings for these problems?

Hi @Gr4ndp4 I am also facing the same issue in my new inspire 3, not getting any vibration for alarm or call.Already checked settings that sleep mode, dnd or quiet mode is off.

Thanks!  I had not read this before.  I just tried it and put the vibrate setting on strong.  I hope it works.
