I am seeing that the Find Phone app on the Inspire 3 only causes my phone to ring if the Fitbit app is active (meaning it is on the screen). If another app is active, then no sound is made on the phone. I've read the requirements in the manual, and bluetooth is on, and I have set the app option so it is running in the background. Even if the phone is right next to the Inspire, it makes not a sound unless (as I noted) the Fitbit app is the active one.
