The sync process can get pretty convoluted, but this usually works for me:

Yes. I am. With identical routines, my heart rate during exercise is down 20 to 25 percent making 'zone minutes' more difficult. Now I wonder if my Inspire 3 was inaccurate before or is now. I am now exploring other options for fitness tracking.

This has also crossed my mind - because if this is a more accurate measurement of heart rate activity, then it's likely that all those times zone minutes were registered, they were inaccurately represented.

I have the same issue with not tracking zone minutes plus it only tracks half of the time I walk now it alerts on the tracker. Preferred it to just log in the app as that was more accurate. Plus my activity levels haven't changed but I seem to do less steps now. Please can these issues be remedied as I'm starting to not to like it.
Thanks.

I really don't like that every little walk, cycling (from one working place to another, 5 minutes) the fitbit starts tracking automatically and everytime asking if I want to stop my exercise. Is it possible to undo the update??

I am having the exact same issue. Only solution I found is to unistall the app and reinstall it. My bluetooth is working fine and says I need to use the app to connect. I think maybe the app is logging out of my Google acct, but no way on the app to log back in!

Is it still working? Mine quit again today

Is a rep from Fitbit planning on responding to any of this feedback? Are they even reading them? Or is this just a space for consumers to commiserate with new found buyer's remorse?

Mine isn't working again now. It isn't getting texts from my phone anymore either.

This update is awful!! Everytime I go on a run god forbid I walk for a small portion and my watch stops tracking all my activity so I no longer have any accurate data. I managed to figure out how to turn that feature off but now my watch is refusing to track any runs. I turned it on, got to 2 miles, started my run back home, and by the time I got home it had turned off my original run, started a new one, and said I only ran half a mile in 6 minutes. And to round out how terrible this update is, I hate how the display for an activity shows time of day at the top and I have to keep flipping through mileage and heart rate. I liked on runs and walks that it kept mileage at the top and I didn’t have to keep tapping through. I’m about ready to switch to Garmin because of these issues

Since the update my Inspire 3 starts a workout by itself, when I walk or cycle. Super awkward! I want to decide for myself when I record something like a workout and have to perform four actions to be able to see the time on my screen again.
Can that be reverted to the old settings?

Since the update my watch will only sync to my phone if I restart my phone (phone is less than 6 months old and a Samsung). The app often shows the wrong steps, then corrects, then uncorrects, then corrects again. As others have said, when will this be fixed as it is clearly a known issue? Why does no-one reply here? You have pinned this thread and replied to a lady on X, so we all know that you are aware of it, so why no response at all?
I bought this watch just over 6 months ago with a 2 year warranty, so it's going back and I'll buy a nice cheap £50 tracker like my last watch which was far more reliable. If you're looking to lose customers for life, this is exactly the way to go about it. I'll never touch a fitbit product again.
Thank you to the customer who explained how to turn off the automatic exercise tracking, much appreciated. What a shame nobody from Fitbit had the ability to explain this.

Since the update my heart rate doesn't seem to be calculating the same. What used to be my normal 60 min brisk walk that gave me 60 cardio minutes now gives me 0 - 15 at the most. I no longer get the notification that I am earning zone minutes. Also if I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, it stops registering my sleep. How do we roll back to the previous version?

Google is doing a really good job degrading the product performance of the Inspire 3 with their device FW and App SW updates this year and, unfortunately, it is not possible to revert back to previous versions of FW/SW.
It is very hard to believe that a Company as large as Google can do such a poor job developing FW and SW for Fitbit devices that were basically developed and handed to them through the acquisition.

Agree .. this really is a pain. For me the ones it seems to forget are Swim and Yoga ... both of which are right at the bottom of the alphabetically sorted list! Give us our six favourites back please!
