I downloaded or updated my inspire 3 Fitbit and now it’s showing me a dead battery/low battery! It’s fully charged!
I uninstalled the software and will not update my Fitbit till it fixes the bugs!

It's surprising to me that Google is still pushing out the 214.24 firmware for download when it has known bugs. Several people reported similar issues and it has also been reported that Google may have halted the push of 214.24, but apparently not.
How did you uninstall 214.24? Using a Factory Reset? If so, there are also reports that Google is no longer updating devices with the Factory firmware version to 210.26 anymore, so you may have a long wait to get things back to normal again.

I thought I was uninstalling it by forgetting the device and restarting my app! Didn’t work though! Any ideas of what to do with the Fitbit besides throwing it across the room? When I go to look at it the auto wake is on but it doesn’t come up and to touch the sides doesn’t work half the time! I just got this Fitbit in February! Wonder if Best Buy geeks can uninstall it?

Performing a Factory Reset is the only way to get rid of 214.24 at this point in time, but I wouldn't recommend doing that before contacting Customer Service first.
Click the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the App Today screen, choose Help and then choose Help Center to contact Customer Support.
