After updating to the latest version via the official Apple App Store, I encountered a network error while trying to upgrade my Inspire 3. Following this, I restarted the app and attempted to update again, but the 'Update' button is unresponsive. Because the update is pending, my watch is currently bricked/unusable. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro

Dude I have this exact same problem. I updated my Inspire 3, it was on charge and now my screen wont go back to the time or show me any stats. The update button on my phone doesn’t work at all. I’ve restarted my phone and fitbit multiple times - and reconnected my device too. So annoying! I don’t know what to do. 😞

Hi @wsy804 and @Mary-Lou3000, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
I'm sorry you both are experiencing some issues while trying to update the Firmware of your Fitbit device. Thank you for the pictures and for the troubleshooting your have already tried.
If the update button is not working and the device is stuck, it may be possible that the Firmware update was interrupted between and the app believes the update has finished. The way to resolve this is by restarting the device, clear user's data on your Inspire 3 and then setup your device as you did the first time you paired.
To restart your device, follow the instructions from our help article How do I restart my Fitbit device? > Inspire 3
To clear user¡s data on your Inspire 3 see How do I erase my Fitbit device? > Charge 5, Charge 6, Inspire 3, and Luxe
Then, setup your device as a new one following the instructions from our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? > Fitbit watches and trackers
Best AnswerWhat do we do if the reset on the Fitbit just takes us back to the same screen? We can’t wipe the device if we can’t interact with it to get to the Settings screen to do a wipe.
