Inspire 3 Fitbit account was banned

I can't get the data from my Inspire 3 to sync with my phone. Message says my account has been banned. I can't even log into fitbit website from my phone. I've had to use a different phone. I can't find any contact details. I had this problem a couple of days ago. Managed to delete app and get it working again yesterday. Now it's banned again.

Hi @FitbitRunner240  you getting anything about your IP being banned or your account?

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

Thanks for the info. I found the number this morning and rang them. They weren't very helpful. Now I've lost the app and when I try to log in, I just get the same message.

Normally, no Fitbit or Google Accounts are banned for the users to access them. Could you please attach a screenshot of the error message that you receive when trying to log in. This will help me identify why you got the message and assist you further.

Thanks for replying. I deleted the app yesterday as I decided not to bother with my Fitbit anymore. I tried once more today and I have been able to access the app without any problems. Hopefully I won't have any more trouble.
