Inspire 3 GPS Only Working If App Is Open *IOS*

Hello,

I have recently purchased an inspire 3, I had the same issue on my inspire 2 also. The GPS will only connect to my watch if I leave the app open. If I close the app it will lose connection instantly. I have background app refresh on and location set to always. Is there a way this can be fixed? I have also reset both devices and reinstalled the app. It would be nice to just start an exercise on my watch and the location to connect straight away with out opening the app. This issue is persistent on multiple IOS versions too, so I know its not the phone, Thanks.

Our team is aware of the issue with GPS. But the details you provided will help them find a solution faster for this. I've passed the into to our team so that they take this into consideration.
