I have an Inspire 3 connected to an IPhone 13 and have been using the app on the phone. Recently both the Inspire and app have been updated and it wasn’t for the better.
Heart rate on exercises seems totally unreliable. Yesterday on the gym it was under with up to 20 beats all the time compared to all other recorded sessions. I felt completely normal and could feel that my heart was beating faster than what the unit said. I took it of, cleaned it but the same.
Today I had a powewalk 7 km and felt normal. My heart rate should have topped around 135 at most. Now the app and phone says that I averaged 142 and topped 172! I think that I would have noticed that especially when my max heart rate is around 165!!
Ok, a cheap unit but it has worked fine until the latest updates. Time to buy something more expensive from another brand?
Yesterday I restarted everything, uninstalled the app and installed it again and everything else is updated!
