Inspire 3 - Hourly Activity

I just set up a new Inspire 3.  The app shows my hourly activity for today was 9 of 9, which is correct.  My Fitbit shows 0 of 9.  I checked the default values and they are correct (250 steps per hour from 9 am to 6 pm).

So far it's working today.  I think the problem was that the hourly activity was recorded on my Inspire 2.  When I installed the Inspire 3, the rest of the data recorded on the Inspire 2 was transferred to the Inspire 3, but the hourly activity wasn't.
