Inspire 3 - How do I turn off text notifications?

I have a FitBit Inspire 3. Despite all my efforts and all the instructions I followed, it still buzzed when I get a text on my phone. How do I disable that?

Please note that you can control what notifications you receive, adjust your tracker's vibration strength when getting any text and you can also temporarily disable all notifications by turning on the Do Not Disturb Mode or Sleep Mode on the settings app of your Inspire 3. In order to turn off notifications directly you can go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Inspire 3 > Tap Notifications and go to E-mail, Text, Calls notifications and you'll see the option to disable them. More details can be found here.
