Inspire 3 - I cannot return to the homepage

I have a Google pixel phone and an inspire Fitbit. They have both work together well. However I tried the relaxation mode this morning and cannot get back to my basic homepage that gives me the time and a barcode circle indicating my footsteps. Help please

Please do as follows

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
3. Release the buttons. When Inspire 3 vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted.

Hello Juan, there are two shiny spots on either side of my inspire 3 normally if I would squeeze them they would take me to my clock face. That just isn't happening. Squeezing and holding it just starts the 2 minute relaxing mode. Have not been able to get out of that app.

Hi, @Kernal3, have you restarted your Inspire 3 as recommended by @JuanFitbit ?

I finally installed a new face for my Inspire 3. That got me out of the
Relax mode. I doubt I will go back to that ever! I was unable to restart.

Why couldn't you restart the Inspire 3? Did you get an error message?

Anyways I'm glad that everything is working fine again.  We recently released a new firmware update for the Inspire . After the installation, try using the relax app again.
