Since you are describing physical damage to your device I recommend you to contact our Support Team because they are the ones with access to your possibilities with your device. I will send you a link where you can describe your situation and after that you will be able to choose how you want to contact them. Support.
I have just been with support and they can’t help as they say no repair department and tried to sell me another Fitbit when this one is working. It just needs the strap fixing or replacing. It is out of warranty as I bought it in October 2023 … it is doing well just the strap an issue.
Best Answer@Chantyk1 Is the pebble broken? It's true that Fitbit doesn't have a repair department, but no one can fix a broken pebble. Some third party companies sell bands that will hold a broken pebble. I did a brief search, but couldn't find any.
