Inspire 3 Isn't Holding Charge For 10 Days

Hi,

I have been a long time user of Fitbit.  I started with a FitBit Inspire 1, have had the Inspire 2, and now on to Inspire 3, with my understanding that most Fitbits shelf lives are approximately 2 years.

Fitbit always states on their website and in their material that comes with my new Fitbit that the charge will hold for 10 days.  This has always been the case and when I went out on to their website to verify the Inspire 3's features, it was also clearly stated that it would hold a charge for 10 days like it has in the past.

I've had my Fitbit since December and I've now phoned Google, the new owner of Fitbit three times inquiring as to why my new Inspire 3 won't hold the charge for 10 days, like it has in the past.  It only holds a charge for 8 days.  Customer Service has tried to trouble shoot this with me multiple times.  The first time, the agent had me change a feature on my device to shut of the GPS off.  The second time I phoned a couple of weeks ago, the agent said there was an update that I had to initiate from my app on the phone while my Inspire 3 was charging.  None of this has worked and it will only hold a charge for 8 days.  I phoned again today to be told that Fitbit will not replace my Inspire 3 under it's warranty unless it can't hold a charge for more than 3 days.  Then why does the company publish that it can hold the battery charge for 10 days?  My other Inspires did hold the charge for 10 days, but not the Inspire 3, and not since it's been owned by Google.  I'm not impressed with this new version and that they won't replace my device as it's not up to the standards that they note or my past devices.  I will certainly be considering a different product the next time I have to shop this in the future.  I am not satisfied for the first time as a Fitbit consumer.

I have never seen a guarantee from Fitbit or Google that the Inspire 3 will have a 10-day battery life. This is from the Google store:

"Up to 10 days" means that it may last 10 days or it may last less than 10 days. It depends on how you use your device and which features are enabled. Always-on display and SpO2 take a lot of battery power. Even using bright display will use more battery than dim display.
