I can not figure out how to keep my heart rate info displaying continuously -  without having to swipe back from the time display every few seconds. Please help. Thank you!

There’s a function to keep it  in awake mode that means its display turns on  when you do move your wrist ! Tap your inspire to swipe up :up_arrow:— auto wake on

After this return at home page display with the time , to keep your heart rate visible you tap again at the bottom where it shows icons for steps , date until you get the heart icon ! I hope you understand me English is no my native language! 🫶🏻
