Inspire 3 not syncing or updating

Inspire 3 -using App ver 4.58, current fw on Inspire 3 Watch is 63.20001.210.26, I can change watch faces so we are bluetooth connected. Also looks like the battery power on the app is now synced with watch. Still shows Dec 30th as the date. Tried changing time zone/automatic times no luck there.   Have done all restarts-soft restart on watch via settings, hard restart holding side buttons to reboot while charging, Dumped the app from my iPhone and downloaded again.  Restarted my iPhone.

Won't sync or update to newer fw. HELP FITBIT/GOOGLE

UPDATE: I went through the "Help" tab (Upper Right Corner of this page) and with Juan Morales the support specialist the issue was resolved.  We added the Inspire 3 as a new device, at some point I deleted and downloaded the App again, entered the 4 digit code & had to pair the bluetooth again.  The update went through and all looks normal.  No data was lost.  I am not sure if this was an App issue but problem solved.
