Let me help you with the display of your Inspire 3.

Just to clarify, the only thing missing on your display is the time? Or don't you see anything in it? I appreciate your time in this process.

For display issues like screen black, verify first if the device is syncing to the Fitbit app on your mobile. If yes, it may be possible that it's just a display issue.

Attempt to restart your device if you haven't done so:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  3. Release the buttons. The tracker has restarted when it vibrates and the Fitbit logo shows up.

In addition, changing the clock face of your device usually resolves these kinds of issues. Follow the instructions from our help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? > How do I change my clock face? for instructions to do so. I appreciate your time in this process.
