Inspire 3 Not tracking SP02

Hello!  I am brand new to this forum and Fitbit for that matter.  From what I've seen regarding the "SP02 not working" on Inspire 3 for many users, I see my question is not new!  And no one has a CORRECT answer because nothing is working to fix it.

The app for the SP02 is installed on my watch.  I do not know what they mean by installing a "SP02 Clock Face"? I've searched the Gallery and none of them refer to themselves as an SP02 clock face.  So how would anyone know which ones are compatible?

I think a lot of the information is redundant and not helpful. All of my other stats are working. I've been wearing it to sleep with for the suggested 3 nights to get all stats to work. All of the other 4 stats are working (Breathing Rate, Heart rate variability, Skin Temp, Resting heart rate) However, is still not recording SP02. 

I noticed that the instructions also state there is a way to "search" for other apps or clock faces to install.  This is not true with Inspire 3.  There is no magnifying glass or search box.  

It does show the clock faces available in Gallery, and in Apps it shows which are installed including the "SP02" app. and gives the option to uninstall it.  I am afraid to uninstall it because as I said there is no way to search for apps to re-install!

This product is nice otherwise, but the instructions regarding these issues are not helpful. Is there not anyone who can give more clear instructions on how to get these things resolved?  Thank you!

Hi @JBO62  I've been using the Inspire 3 since July and get the Sp02 without any problems. My clock face is Highlight and it's nothing special, but I still get the readings daily. Was the article you referred to this one? click to see. It has some trouble shooting tips on there.

@Odyssey13 No, I was referring to all of the answers from the Community as well as moderators on here.  Although I have seen that FAQ page, and nothing on it helps as I've said previously.
