Inspire 3 - Not working

I got my inspire 3 today set it all up and it is stuck on the clock I can not swipe down or up not left or right. I have done the little reboot you can do but this has not worked either.

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not working. Thank you for the information provided. 

Sometimes the update may not complete when pairing the Fitbit, so you may need to try pairing it as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner.
  3. Choose “Add more devices.”
  4. Select the picture of your Inspire 3.
  5. A message will appear that says “replace your Inspire 3,” tap OK.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue. 
  7. Let the update finish and try to use it again.
