Readiness score is either not showing at all or shows late in the afternoon.
I’ve done all the recommendations, I.e, wear it faithfully, removed and updated app, etc.
When will this be fixed? I’ve been a loyal FitBit user but this is frustrating.

Welcome to the forums, @valerio-bettini.
Thanks for that information and let me clarify that the Readiness Score used to be a Premium feature. However, with the new update, this feature will be available for everyone who has a supported device and meets the conditions to receive this value.
With this in mind, may I know what is displayed after opening the Readiness Score tile? Is your Inspire 3 recording enough sleep data (at least 3 hours)? Keep in mind that you need to wear your Inspire 3 for 7 nights after the last Fitbit app update to receive your first daily readiness score. After this, you'll receive a score each night you wear your tracker.

Have you been getting Sleep Stages and HRV measurements each morning over the last few days? If not, a Readiness Score will not be provided either.

Welcome to the forums, @Jbutterbaugh. @Bill_209 It's nice to see you around and thanks for the help!
@Jbutterbaugh Thanks for sharing these details and troubleshooting your tracker prior to posting. I understand how frustrating this can be and please know we'll work on this together.
While you've checked our recommendations, may I know if you have sleep data? I'd like to share with you that readiness score is generated based on your recent sleep (sleep stages), heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate (RHR). However, if you're missing one of them, the Fitbit app won't be able to provide you with this score.
With this in mind, I'd suggest checking this help article which describes a few requirements to get this start.

Hey Lizzy, thanks for the reply.
I've been using my Inspire 3 since May. I've updated to the latest version.
Still, I can't see any "daily readiness" tile, nor I can add it from the settings menu

@valerio-bettini It's good to see you again.
Thanks for the additional information. I'd like to share with you that this feature is still rolling out to all our members. I understand that you've updated your Fitbit device and Fitbit app, and I'd recommend waiting for a few more days until it's fully available. In the meantime, please continue using your tracker as you've been doing, taking the requirements into consideration so you can get this score at a later time.
