How long will it take to resolve this issue?
I purchased a new Inspire 3 about two weeks ago, and it worked perfectly out of the box—until the firmware update.
After reviewing forums, I noticed that many others have been experiencing this issue for quite some time.
Could you provide an update on when the next bug fix is scheduled? It would also be helpful to have more information on why this feature is no longer functioning correctly.
I believe users should be informed about an approximate timeline for the resolution.

Do they not have enough people working for them, how long does it take to fix an animated circle. Do I return mine for a new one? There was just a new software update and the issue was not fixed.
