Inspire 3 Reminders to move

My device stopped giving me movement reminders every hour. How do I turn it back on?.

Thank you for letting us know that your Inspire 3 is not giving you the reminders to move. 

I suggest you check that your Inspire 3 does not have the Do not disturb (DND) and Sleep functions active, as these prevent any reminders or vibrations on your watch.  Additionally you can find more information in the help article below: What are the reminders on my Fitbit device

I suspect that you are correct about maybe the sleep or DND, that just adds to my frustration, why does it keep doing random stuff.

The DND and Sleep functions are designed so that for a period of time, such as while you are sleeping or in a work meeting, there are no distractions or situations that might bother you, so no notifications will reach you with these functions active.
