Inspire 3 - Shows calories burned before I put it on

I just picked up my Inspire 3 to wear for the day (I don’t have it on while sleeping) and it shows 467 calories burned. Is this part of my BMR which is 1400 for the day?

Hi @VincenzoH.  Yes, those are your BMR calories.  These are tracked all the time, whether you are wearing it or not.
