Is anyone else having their FitBit recording sleep that isn’t sleep? Lately my FitBit has been recording “sleep” when I’ve been watching tv. I didn’t doze off. Wide awake, but it’s showing as a separate sleep recording. I have to delete the recording. This didn’t happen before, but seems to be happening fairly often now.

I have that too sometimes, but that happens when my heart rate is low.

Thank you. I’m sure that a lower heart rate is a factor. I just can’t figure out why this started happening after years of using the same FitBit.
