I need help, I've had the Fitbit Inspire 3 since yesterday and I love it, setting it up wasn't an issue at all and went quickly (I switched from the Inspire HR to the 3 series but "only" because the new one can do more.

My problem is straight; If I update the tracker with the app, i.e. sync, the app shows me how my sleep index and my sleep was, but the values ​​remain grayed out on the app, I tried several times to sync and tabbed into the sleep recording and tabbed out again, unfortunately, nothing. Can it be that it is only displayed on the tracker a few days later because only a guide value is displayed? But it really can't be, can it? with HR, it also worked after syncing 2-3 times.

And when transferring from the HR to the Inspire 3, he also displayed the values ​​where there are now empty fields, so I rule out a defect there

Oh yes, I have a Huawei Mate 10 Lite with Android 8 (yes, contrary to the opinion that you actually need at least 9, that's still possible)

ich brauch mal Hilfe, Ich habe seit gestern den Fitbit Inspire 3 und liebe ihn, Das einrichten war absolut kein Thema und ging schnell (ich bin vom Inspire HR auf den 3er gewechselt aber auch "nur" weil der neue einfach mehr kann.

Mein problem ist gerade; wenn ich den Tracker aktualisiere mit der App also Sync wird mir zwar in der App angezeigt wie mein Schlafiindex und mein Schlaf war aber auf der App bleiben die werte ausgegraut, mehrmals Syncen versucht auch in die Schlafaufzeichnung rein Tabben und wieder raus bringen leider nix. Kann es sein das es am Tracker erst einige tage später angezeigt wird weil da nur ein richtwert angezeigt wird? Kann aber eigendlich nicht sein oder? beim HR hat es nach 2-3 mal Synchen auch geklappt.

Und beim übertragen vom HR auf den Inspire 3 hat er die werte da auch angezeigt wo nun leere felder sind also einen Deffekt schließe ich da aus
