Inspire 3 - Sleep tracking after SW update not working

I just updated to 63.20001.220.31 at 18:00 yesterday and this morning at 8 I saw on my sleep tracker that I slept more than 13 hours! 

What is going on here?

Problem resolved. 

Disbaled heart rate tracking, resync with app, enabled heart rate tracking, resync. Turn off/on watch

Hi, @Peka.fit, welcome. Can you please let us know the Make, model & OS of your Cellphone? These issues may be related to the Fitbit app rather than your Inspire 3. Please post here again and let us know.

Thank you for your messages. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue regarding the sleep tracking. 

Please let me suggest you to verify two things on your Inspire 3: 

  • Confirm if your Inspire 3 is set on: Worn on wrist, as explained in the quick settings navigation: How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 
  • Confirm that your Inspire 3 heart rate is turn ON in the other settings: Heart Rate > Turn heart-rate tracking on or off.

Thanks for your reply. I own my inspire 3 for 3 years now. Worked like a charm, very reliable.  Sleep tracking was always accurate.  Did not change a bit, except for the sw update mentioned above

Wishing that worked but it did not. Not only not tracking sleep but no longer tracking health, readiness, or heart rate. Frustrating

If the values are correct on the watch itself, the app is bogus. Try to deinstall/reinstall
