Inspire 3 - Unable to See SpO₂ data

I have a Fitbit Inspire 3 paired with the latest version of the Fitbit app (v4.43 on iOS). I’ve installed the SpO₂ app from the Gallery — it shows as “Installed” — but when I open the SpO₂ section in the Fitbit app, it still says I need to install the app. My account region is Poland, which should support the SpO₂ feature.

I’ve already tried the following:

  • Reinstalled SpO₂ app and
  • Rebooted the tracker
  • Reinstalled the Fitbit app

Despite all this, I still don’t see any SpO₂ data and continue to get the message saying that the app needs to be installed, even though it already is.

Can you help me understand what’s going wrong and how to resolve this?
