I received my Inspire 3 today. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S25

When clicking the "watch faces" button, nothing happens.

The user manual says I'm supposed to click "gallery" I'm the tab I've screen shot, but there is no such option.

How do I fix this?

Hi @Oopsideisi and thank you for your message and for the steps you tried.

I'm sorry to hear that the issue still remains.

If you have an Android phone, please manually sync your device, uninstall the app, and then reinstall it. If your phone is an iOS device, please offload the app.

Then, try again the clock face change procedure. You are right; the proper button is now called "watch face".

If the problem persists despite this last attempt, I suggest contacting support, as they have more tools to find your options.

Hi @Oopsideisi and welcome to the community!

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear about this situation regarding the unresponsiveness of the "Watch Face" button on your Fitbit app.

Please confirm if you turned on location services. Why is the Fitbit app prompting me to turn on location services?

I have turned on location services.

I have restarted my Inspire 3.

I have done a manual sync.

I have clicked the"watch face" button again. It still do nothing.

The "gallery" mentioned in the guide do not exist in my app. Maybe you can help me with a picture of the mentioned app tab?
